01Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you ("User" or "Player") and dy01 ("Platform", "we", "us"). These Terms govern your use of the dy01.vu website, mobile app, and all services offered by dy01.

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, playing any game, or using any dy01 service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms.

Your continued use of our platform after any amendments to the Terms are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

02Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the dy01 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• An individual (not a company, corporate body, or other entity).
• Not currently on the self-exclusion list of any known gambling platform.
• Possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Never been convicted of fraud, money laundering, or financial crime.

Dy01 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a player fails to provide the required documents within the specified period, the account may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

03User Account

Each player is only permitted to hold one active account on the dy01 platform. Multiple account ownership is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed and balances frozen.

• You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Your password must be kept confidential and must not be shared with anyone, including family members.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact dy01 customer support immediately.
• Account details such as name, date of birth, and bank number must be accurate and consistent with your identity documents.
• Any attempt to register using a false identity or inaccurate information may result in immediate account closure.

Dy01 is not responsible for any losses resulting from a player's negligence in protecting their login credentials.

04Deposit & Withdrawal

All deposits and withdrawals must be made using the payment method registered under the player's own account name. dy01 does not accept third-party payments and any such attempt will be rejected.

Withdrawals will be processed within the timeframes stated above, subject to completed KYC verification and no outstanding active bonus conditions. For withdrawal amounts exceeding RM100,000, processing may take up to 24 business hours.

05Bonus & Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by dy01 are subject to specific wagering requirements. These requirements must be fully met before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be converted to cash and requested for withdrawal.

• Wagering Requirements: The rollover requirement for each bonus is clearly stated in the relevant promotion terms, typically between 20x and 35x the bonus amount.
• Bonus Validity Period: Each bonus has a stated validity period. Bonuses not used within that period will expire automatically without notice.
• Wagering Limit with Bonus: While bonus wagering requirements remain unfulfilled, the maximum bet per round is RM50 or 10% of the bonus value, whichever is lower.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games such as baccarat may contribute at a lower rate.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless otherwise stated in the promotional terms.

06Game Rules

All games on the dy01 platform operate using a Random Number Generator (RNG) independently verified by third-party audit bodies. This ensures every game outcome is truly random and cannot be influenced by dy01 or any other party.

• Game results that have been settled and credited to an account are final unless a verifiable technical error occurred.
• If a technical disruption occurs during gameplay, dy01 will return the player's bet to the respective account.
• Dy01 is not responsible for any losses arising from internet connection disruptions on the player's end.

• Minimum and maximum bets for each game are set by the game provider and may vary by category.

For live casino games, all decisions made by the croupier are final. Video recordings of all live casino sessions are retained for dispute resolution purposes.

07Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the dy01 platform:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's identity.
• Money laundering or using the platform for any illegal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs or technical vulnerabilities for unfair advantage.
• Using automation software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to play automatically.
• Placing hedge bets across multiple accounts or colluding with other players to manipulate the system.
• Cyberattacks, hacking attempts, or any disruption to dy01's technical infrastructure.
• Transferring balances between player accounts or conducting suspicious transactions.

08Security & Privacy

In cases of suspension due to an investigation, the account balance will be held until the investigation is concluded. Players who are unsatisfied with an account closure decision may submit an appeal to the dy01 management team.

11Liability Limit

Dy01 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our platform, including but not limited to:

Dy01's total liability to any player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the dy01 platform shall first be resolved through mutual discussion between both parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable arbitration rules.
